• Maintain and update client databases, lead trackers, and follow-up records.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding business opportunities and requirements.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
• Conduct market research to identify new clients, competitors, and industry opportunities.
