Overview

Responsibilities: Call new leads received from Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, website, etc. Explain Thozo products/services clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product.

What you'll do

• Responsibilities: Call new leads received from Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, website, etc.
• Explain Thozo products/services clearly to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right product.
• Follow up with interested customers by phone and WhatsApp.
• Send quotations, brochures, demos and payment details.
• Update every call in CRM/Excel, interested, not interested, callback, converted, etc.
• Arrange software/demo appointments with the sales or technical team.
• Follow up until the customer makes a decision.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
