• The role involves engaging prospective patients, scheduling appointments, providing timely reminders, and conducting post-treatment customer care calls.
• Key Responsibilities: Contact leads received through digital advertising campaigns.
• Understand the patient's requirements and provide basic information about relevant dental services.
• Follow up consistently with leads and encourage them to schedule a consultation.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments based on the clinic's availability.
• Send reminders or make confirmation calls before scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with patients who missed or postponed their appointments and reschedule them.
• Conduct post-treatment calls to check on the patient's recovery and overall experience.
• Escalate clinical concerns or complaints to the dentist or clinic manager.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Telecalling Associate role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
