What you'll do

• Ultimately, this team will be responsible for helping long-tail Hosts thrive on Airbnb.
• A Typical Day: Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability over high compression dates, ensuring hosts maximize their revenue potential.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, while channeling their feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support to improve their experience on the platform.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing support tailored to their needs.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in New York, United States, New Jersey, United States, Massachusetts, United States, Pennsylvania, United States, Virginia, United States, Maryland, United States.
