• ABOUT THIS ROLE As a Software Development Engineer on the Fraud Defense Engineering team, you will help protect Audible's ecosystem, safeguarding creators, listeners, and customers from fraud and abuse across all global marketplaces.
• You'll contribute to building intelligent detection systems, investigation platforms, and automated enforcement capabilities that operate at scale.
• This is a high-impact role where your technical contributions directly protect the integrity of our business and the trust of millions of customers worldwide.
• You'll grow rapidly in this role, learning to anticipate threats, contributing to detection approaches, and developing effective solutions alongside experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Python, Rust, Java, Kotlin.
• Experience level: 1+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Mexico City, Mexico City, MEX.
