What you'll do

• Job Number: R0246726 Facilities Planner The Opportunity: Seeking an energetic and skilled Facilities Planner to work at Indo-Pacific Region! Join our team to lead project planning, data analysis, and collaboration across Pacific installations.
• If you excel at multi-stakeholder coordination, strategic recommendations, and staff-level planning for military or OCONUS facilities, we invite you to help shape our mission and support operational objectives.
• On our team, you’ll work on challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership.
• Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll help develop creative solutions for mission-critical projects.
• In this role, you’ll closely impact the mission by maintaining infrastructure in government space, such as power, heating, and cooling, closely involved in those aspects such as a government power outage.
• With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

• What You’ll Work On: Analyze, formulate, and recommend facility standards and design and space criteria and usage through space utilization studies and forecasts for clients.
• Lead analyses and solution development for facility planning and management.
• Perform complex activities as related to the control and management of cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization.

Requirements

• Practical experience with infosec, javascript, technical, exec.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in 那覇都市部,.
