What you'll do

• Responsibilities Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable programs Guide parents through the enrollment process and address their queries Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records Achieve revenue, conversion, and productivity targets Collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Requirements Excellent communication and counselling skills Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Personal laptop and stable broadband connection required Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends (weekday off)

Requirements

• Practical experience with Rust, LLM.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Academic Counsellor (For International Markets) role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
