• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
• Assist with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
• Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Desktop Support Engineer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
