• The Team Celonis Services is the delivery engine of our Celonis Customer Organization, responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for our customers.

• Our Lead / Principal Consultant - Data and AI, who we refer to internally as Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects, pair deep domain and industry expertise with serious platform mastery and AI-augmented delivery, directing agentic systems while owning the judgment, architecture, and customer relationships that AI cannot replace.

• The Role As a Lead / Principal Consultant - Data and AI (referred to internally as a Lead / Principal Deployment Engineer) you are the backbone of Celonis delivery.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Services.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Lead / Principal Consultant - Data and AI role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Munich.
