What you'll do

• About the Company CyberMindSpace is an established cybersecurity ecosystem operating across cybersecurity education, training, community initiatives, and industry engagement.
• We are building a new Community & Distribution vertical focused on helping cybersecurity companies reach the right users through communities, partnerships, hackathons, CTFs, workshops, and ecosystem-led initiatives.
• We are looking for a highly driven individual who wants to take ownership and help build this vertical from the ground up.
• The salary is Profit/Revenue share variable.
• Responsibilities Identify and close partnerships and collaborations Reach out to colleges, student communities, and venue partners Manage and grow the CyberMindSpace community Plan and execute events, workshops, hackathons, and CTFs Coordinate with ecosystem partners and sponsors Support community growth and engagement initiatives Work closely with founders on strategy and execution Requirements Strong communication and relationship-building skills Interest in startups, communities, partnerships, and ecosystem building Ability to take ownership and execute independently Experience in student communities, clubs, events, volunteering, startups, or partnerships is a plus Passion for cybersecurity is preferred but not mandatory

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Founding Community & Distribution Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
