• Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
• Maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
• Handle customer grievances with the utmost professionalism and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales quotas.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Tele Caller for Marketing Sales role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
