• From buying and selling stocks to investment plans and portfolio performance, you’ll contribute to real customer-facing features while learning from experienced Android developers.
• Grow your technical skills, bring your ideas and curiosity, and gradually take on more ownership in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• } } ; { your_responsibilities: [ Contribute to the Broker Android codebase by implementing and delivering appropriately scoped features and bug fixes from ticket to production.
• Participate in SCRUM ceremonies to ensure high quality and continuous delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design to clarify requirements, implement acceptance criteria, and iterate on user-facing flows (account opening, trading, investment plans, portfolios, orders).
• Learn and apply team quality standards: writing maintainable code, adding appropriate tests, and documenting technical decisions and PRs.
• Seek and apply feedback from peers and mentors; proactively raise blockers and ask for clarification when requirements are ambiguous.
• Support migration and platform work as required, following established architecture and testing practices.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Technology & Infrastructure.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Junior Android Developer - Retail Banking (x,f,m) role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
