What you'll do
- You’ll work across quantitative and qualitative data to understand what drives successful hiring outcomes, where bottlenecks exist, and how we can improve efficiency, quality, and equity in our hiring processes.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Python, Go, Rust, RAG.
- Experience level: 3+ yrs.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
