A Role to Help Create Lasting Change Develop Core Product Features: Expand our Accounts Platform (user identity and account management) and develop the Climate Impact Experience through engaging, gamified features like seed tracking, levels, and digital collectibles.
- End-to-End Ownership: Architect, build, test, and ship features as part of a cross-functional product team alongside Product, Design, and BI partners.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain system resilience, security, data privacy, and performance to support our growing user base.
- Elevate Engineering Culture: Promote engineering best practices, share knowledge, and cultivate a collaborative, high-trust engineering environment.
- Your Areas of Knowledge and Experience 3+ years of experience writing and shipping production-grade JavaScript and TypeScript code.
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend services using Node.js or Go.
- Experience with Vue.js, React, or other similar frontend libraries.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Engineering.
- Experience level: 3+ yrs.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
