What you'll do

• Eminenture Private Limited is hiring for the role of Research Analyst Responsibilities: Collect, clean, validate, and maintain research data from multiple sources Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms Perform data entry and conduct rigorous quality assurance checks Organize and manage research databases, datasets, and documentation Conduct basic statistical analysis and summarize research findings Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on research outcomes Support survey design, questionnaire validation, and data collection activities Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Maintain proper documentation of research methodologies and datasets Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for data requirements Assist in literature reviews and secondary research when required Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all data privacy guidelines Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in research, data management, or analytics (Fresh graduates with highly relevant internships are also encouraged to apply) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of research methodologies and data validation techniques Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, RAG.
• Experience level: 2-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
