• Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security checks.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and inventory information.
• Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Scala.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
