• About the Company Idli Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to lead the marketing efforts for our upcoming B2B SaaS Recruitment Management System (RMS).
• We are a startup building innovative solutions in the HR Tech space.
• Responsibilities Plan and execute the complete go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our SaaS product.
• Lead and manage product marketing before, during, and after launch.
• Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales team to generate qualified leads and improve conversions.
• Guide, mentor, and manage Marketing Interns while assigning and reviewing their work.
• Build brand awareness through content marketing, social media, communities, and partnerships.
• Track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies using data and analytics.
• Work directly with the founding team to execute marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
