• We are looking for someone passionate about customer interaction and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities Onboard and activate transporters, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to our platform.
• Drive new sign-ups and consistently hit daily and monthly targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction.
• Take ownership of renewals, retention, and upsells to contribute to business growth.
• Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Telecalling, BPO, or Tele-sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective calls and pitching.
• Proven track record of working in a target-based role, consistently making 100-150 calls/day or more.
• Must be based out of Mumbai and willing to work from our Mulund office.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
