• Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp Understand customer requirements and coordinate to provide suitable products Prepare and share quotations with clients and follow up on pending inquiries Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams Follow up with vendors regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines Process sales orders and coordinate timely dispatch Maintain customer and sales-related records and provide regular order updates to customers Resolve customer queries by coordinating with relevant internal teams Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Support the sales team in achieving overall business targets Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply) 0-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Service, or a similar role Good verbal and written communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office applications Strong follow-up and coordination skills with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines Good attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
