What you'll do

• Own day-to-day delivery as a Workday Paradox Consultant, working with Workday-Consulting, HCM-Consulting, Business-Consultant.
• Partner with engineering, product and design peers at Kognitiv Inc. to ship work that reaches real users.
• Write clear documentation and keep stakeholders updated on progress, risks and trade-offs.
• Review your own and others' work to keep quality, performance and reliability high.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Workday-Consulting, HCM-Consulting, Business-Consultant, Workday-HCM-Specialist.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Workday Paradox Consultant role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in India.
