• About the role: The person who joins us as a Senior Product Engineer will work in the capacity of an individual contributor.
• He/ she will work closely with the Product Owner to deliver high quality responsive web applications.
• As part of the job, he/she is expected to prepare artefacts to document the design and code, conduct design and code reviews for work done by the team, and mentor the junior engineers in the team.
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Develop original algorithms, logic and code, and ensure that it withstands any test Understand the difference between creating a product and working on a turn- key project, and write code accordingly Demonstrate significant abstraction skills to convert requirements into usable product features Creating original algorithms and ideas to solve complex issues Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science engineering/ related fields.
• 5 to 8 years of software development experience developing web applications using Java ( 1.8+)/ J2EE technology Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming paradigm Hand on experience in building UI applications using React or Angular AND Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands on experience in developing and consuming REST Web services using JSON data interchange format Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks, fine tuning applications and queries Experience in agile development methodologies and DevOps practices including continuous integration, static code analysis etc.
• Agile certification and exposure to Financial domain Key Skills and Competencies: Team work Intellectual curiosity Financial business acumen Effective communication

Requirements

• Practical experience with React, Go, Java, iOS.
• Experience level: 5-8 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
