What you'll do

• This is a highly generalist leadership role designed for a strategic problem-solver who can navigate seamlessly between long-term strategic transformation and large-scale, metrics-driven execution.
• Rather than being confined to a single vertical, you will own one (and over time, potentially more than one) of Meesho's most critical F&E charters.
• Depending on where the business needs you most and where your strengths lie, this could be any of: Valmo Platform & Network Economics: Scale Meesho’s low-cost logistics ecosystem.
• Drive unbundled logistics innovation across Valmo Airhubs (first/last mile), Valmo Bases (sortation/middle mile), and Captains & Pilots (franchise partners and delivery execution) to reduce Cost-Per-Delivery-Order (CPDO) while improving SLA predictability.
• Speed Platform & Valmo Express: Build product and operational levers that make fast delivery a structural advantage.
• Drive program adoption (e.g., "FAST" badges, early-morning cutoff SLAs, dedicated FE pickups) to lower RTO (Return to Origin) and cancellation rates.
• User Experience & Buyer Trust: Architect end-to-end pre- and post-order journeys for India’s price-sensitive Tier-2+ consumers.
• Solve complex operational challenges around 7-day return lifecycles, fake-delivery mitigation, and localized tracking updates.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Rust, Machine Learning, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Leadership - Fulfiment & Experience (Strategy & Ops) role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Bangalore, Karnataka.
