What you'll do

• We are hiring a high-energy, creative Social Media Content Creator who thrives on taking the initiative.
• You will have full creative freedom to conceptualize, produce, edit, and distribute engaging content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
• Responsibilities: Content Production: Script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), aesthetic carousels, and high-impact visual assets.
• ​Trend-Jacking & Ideation: Monitor cultural trends, viral audio, and niche conversations to create timely, relevant content for MELLOWVAULT.
• ​End-to-End Ownership: Manage the content calendar from brainstorming and drafting copy to publishing and community management.
• ​Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement metrics, viewer retention, and reach to continuously iterate and refine content strategy.
• ​Audience Engagement: Spark conversations in comment sections and DMs to build an authentic, loyal community.
• Requirements Initiative & Autonomy: A self-starter mindset; you experiment with fresh formats and bring new concepts to the table without needing constant micromanagement.
• ​Editing & Design Skills: Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN) and basic design platforms (Canva, Photoshop).
• ​Storytelling & Copywriting: Strong grasp of hooks, visual pacing, and punchy caption writing.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Spark.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Social Media Content Creator role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
