Job Summary: The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and managing contracts with customers, vendors, and business partners in the Eskenazi Portfolio, with a focus on UK and the Nordics, while also supporting the M&A and day-to-day legal operation of the Aviation portfolio.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Senior-Legal-Counsel, Legal-Counsel, M&A-Legal-Counsel, Commercial-Legal-Counsel.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Senior Legal Counsel role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Norway.
