• We specialize in US IT Staffing, dedicated to recruiting and marketing top IT talent across the United States.
• Join us and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Responsibilities Source and recruit OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H1B, GC-EAD, and TN visa candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of entry-level IT consultants.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, onboarding, and documentation.
• Work with the marketing team for consultant submissions to client requirements.
• Maintain consultant records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, referrals, and university networks.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
