• Job Overview: NextGen Scholars is looking for a confident, target-oriented, and student-focused Admissions Counsellor to manage student and parent enquiries, conduct outbound calling, counsel prospective students, and drive admissions.
• The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong ability to build relationships with parents and students, and be comfortable working with calling and admission targets.
• Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective students and parents to generate admission enquiries.
• Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, batches, fees, faculty, schedules, and admission procedures.
• Understand the academic requirements, goals, and concerns of students and parents.
• Counsel parents and students and recommend appropriate courses based on their requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert qualified leads and enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Admission Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
