• Key Responsibilities Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT positions.
• Learn and assist in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate records.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist in lead generation and business outreach activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain recruitment and business activity trackers and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Talent & Business Growth Associate role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
