• We are hiring an HR Manager to take complete ownership of the HR function at our Lalbagh Road corporate office.
• Payroll, compliance, recruitment, grievances, culture, all yours.
• Responsibilities Run end-to-end payroll, accurate, on time, every month Own statutory compliance, PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment, Project Registration Handle Contractor and subcontractor registration and documentation Recruit for corporate office roles, sourcing to onboarding Resolve employee grievances independently, no escalation relay Manage attendance, leave, and all HR documentation Coordinate with Finance, vendors, and admin support Plan and run team events and engagement activities Requirements Hands-on real estate HR experience- payroll, ops, and documentation Can run payroll independently, error-free Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and Shop & Establishment Act Experience with Contractor/Sub-contractor documentation Handles grievances as a decision-maker, not a messenger Prior real estate or construction experience Bangalore-based, Lalbagh Road commute, 30-day max notice

Requirements

• Practical experience with AWS, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a HR Manager role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
