What you'll do

• Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate a Scanning & Digitization Project in Ranchi.
• The role will involve coordinating project operations, manpower, scanning and digitization activities, quality control, documentation, reporting, and liaison with government departments and officials .
• The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience dealing with government departments, preferably in document digitization, e-Governance, IT-enabled services, records management, or similar projects .
• Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end activities for the scanning, digitization, indexing, and document management project .
• Coordinate with government departments, nodal officers, officials, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Handle day-to-day government liaison and follow-up for project-related activities, permissions, approvals, and requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, operators, supervisors, scanning teams, data-entry teams, and other project resources.
• Monitor daily scanning, image quality, indexing, data entry, uploading, and document processing activities.
• Ensure project targets and timelines are achieved as per agreed SLAs.
• Monitor quality control (QC) of scanned documents, indexing, metadata, and digital files.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2-6 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
