• Key Responsibilities: Understand customer goals and align them with Seoak's offerings Drive outreach through strategic communication and follow-ups Help prospects explore new career possibilities through Seoak Meet and exceed performance targets with a result-oriented mindset Why This Role Matters: You become the voice of Seoak across the country Your work contributes directly to closing the skill gap in the tech industry You'll help shape India's future-ready workforce Compensation & Work Mode: Market-leading package: Up to INR 3.5 - 6 LPA (Fixed) + Uncapped Incentives based on performance Initial 3-month Probation Period, followed by relocation to our vibrant Hyderabad office.
• During the probation period, every Employee/Intern will get 18,000 INR as their Stipend.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-5 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
