• The company is looking for passionate and target-oriented Academic Advisors to help learners make informed career decisions and achieve their professional goals.
• Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding certification programs and career opportunities.
• Understand candidates' educational backgrounds and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments by providing accurate program information.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
• Follow up regularly with prospective learners to maximize conversions.
• Explain course curriculum, certification value, internship opportunities, placement assistance, fees, and payment options.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, LLM, RAG.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Academic Advisor (EdTech Sales) role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
