• Technician The Security Centre Limited is seeking a technically capable and customer-focused Technician to join our Systems Department.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems, including intruder alarms, card access systems, CCTV, and commercial fire systems.
• The Technician will make a significant contribution to the success of the Systems Department by delivering high-quality technical work, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring projects and service requirements are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Location: Cayman Islands Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Reports to: Systems Department Management About the Role This is a hands-on technical role supporting the delivery of electronic security projects and ongoing maintenance services across residential and commercial environments.
• The successful candidate will work across the full project lifecycle, from cable installation and device deployment through to control panel termination, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and client handover.
• The role will also support related electrical, communications, audio-visual, security lighting, telephone, cabling, and home automation projects, while working closely with the Sales and Systems teams, manufacturers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• A key part of the role is ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with company standards, client requirements, project specifications, contractual commitments, and applicable safety requirements.
• Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning • Install electronic security systems and associated equipment in residential and commercial environments.
• • Run and terminate cables in accordance with system and project requirements.
• • Execute control panel terminations and associated wiring.

Requirements

• Practical experience with sales, engineer, technical, ecommerce.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Technician role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in George Town,.
