What you'll do

• We're looking for Associate, Sales & Marketing professionals who are energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
• Compensation: 7 LPA, ₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable + Travel Allowance During the first 2 months (Probation): ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance Post-probation: 7 LPA package What You'll Do: Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform Enroll students into free trial programs Convert free users into paid subscribers Drive renewals, retention, and regular follow-ups Build strong relationships with parents, students, and schools Manage the customer journey through field sales and engagement ‍ What We're Looking For: Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship-building abilities Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset Willingness to travel and work on the field Enthusiasm to build a career in Sales & Marketing Interested?
