• Job Summary Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards.
• Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations.
• Is a part of the Wheels team, operating the main hotel driveway, car stacker, valet parking service, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell and is runner for any guest requests.
• Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests.
• Supports Chief Concierge, Duty Manager and Wheels Valet Captain to ensure all guests’ needs and information prior, during and post stay that leads to a unique, memorable and personal stay.

Requirements

• Practical experience with architecture, medical, exec, education.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Porter role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
