• This role is ideal for individuals who bring a strong blend of customer experience and sales capabilities.
• You will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US, handling a mix of inbound and outbound interactions.
• As part of our dynamic Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and making outbound calls to pitch and sell our marketplace subscriptions.

• Key Responsibilities Be the first line of communication for professionals and customers in Australia.
• Act as a product expert, helping users understand and navigate our offerings.
• Manage inbound calls and respond to customer emails using the Zendesk ticketing system.
• Proactively make outreach calls to pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions to potential leads and existing users.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by offering relevant services and upgrades.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Customer Experience Advisor role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
