What you'll do

• About the Role: We are in the process of raising $10M+ in seed funding from marquee VCs, and we're building out the founder's office.
• This is a generalist role for people who want to work shoulder to shoulder with the founders on everything that matters, product, hiring, marketing, and whatever else the day throws up.
• You'll be close to where decisions actually get made.
• What We're Looking For: No pedigree needed.
• We don't care where you studied or who you worked for.
• What we do care about is sharp game sense, the instinct to read a situation, think a few moves ahead, and make good calls under pressure.
• Compensation: INR 18-30 LPA, depending on seniority.
• One Thing We Won't Sugarcoat: This is not a 9-to-6 job.
• You'll be working founder's hours.
• If you want clean boundaries and a predictable schedule, this isn't for you.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Founder's Office Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
