- Position: Telecaller, Insurance Sales Support Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Handle leads generated through our digital marketing channels.
- Verify and qualify customer data to ensure lead quality.
- Contact prospective customers to understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain our insurance products, key features, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the field sales team for customer meetings.
- Regularly follow up with prospects until the case is successfully closed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM on a daily basis.
- This role is critical in converting digitally generated leads into business by ensuring timely customer engagement and seamless coordination principle companies with the ground sales team.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Communication, Campaigns, Analytics.
- Relevant academic or project background for a Telesales role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in online.
