• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Gather customer feedback and report the same to management.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Scala.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Customer Care Executive role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
