- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR data management.
- Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and provide guidance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Practical experience with AWS.
- Relevant academic or project background for a HR Executive role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in online.
