- Your impact will be felt across four key pillars: You'll be cold-calling, networking, and "selling" our vision to top-tier candidates.
- You will bridge the gap between our business goals and employee engagement.
- You'll own the onboarding journey.
- From day one to day ninety, you ensure every new hire is equipped, inspired, and ready to win.
- You are the "Chief Fun Officer." You'll organize the events, the extracurriculars, and the high-energy initiatives that keep our internal fire burning.
- Requirements: Educational background in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Go.
- Relevant academic or project background for a HR Analyst role.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working on-site in online.
