• is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities.
• We are a company operating in the Security, Video Monitoring, and Operations industry.
• Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, from sourcing to joining.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage candidate communication and joining formalities.
• HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, AWS.
• Experience level: 1-5 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
