What you'll do

• Minus 42 is hiring for the role of Digital Growth Specialist!
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Reddit Plan content calendars and execute posts, reels, stories & campaigns Keyword research and on-page SEO Write/manage 2-3 SEO-optimised blogs per week and Build organic traffic.
• Support and manage Google Ads & Meta Ads Monitor budgets, CPL, CTR, ROAS and conversions Monitor website, social media and campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Insights etc.
• Independently design posts, reels, ads and other digital creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, formats, messaging and campaigns Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Growth Marketing Strong understanding of SEO, social media & paid advertising Good written communication and content sense Comfortable working with analytics, numbers and performance metrics Hands-on with tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads etc.
• Strong ownership mindset!
• Someone who sees a problem and figures out how to solve it.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 1-3 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
