• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Lead, manage, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Set team goals and monitor individual and overall team performance.
• Track key performance metrics such as calls, leads, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve performance.
• Monitor call quality and ensure professional communication with customers.
• Support team members in handling customer queries, objections, and challenging situations.
• Develop and implement effective calling and lead-generation strategies to improve conversions.
• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and effective utilization of the CRM system.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports and share updates with management.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, Scala.
• Experience level: 2-4 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
