• The role requires working closely with a portfolio of approximately 150 customers , understanding their business requirements, and delivering high-quality, SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) friendly content.
• Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of up to 150 customer accounts for content-related requirements.
• Create and maintain content for websites, business profiles, product pages, service pages, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Research customer businesses, products, competitors, and industry trends.
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content tailored to customer needs.
• Develop SEO-friendly and AEO-friendly content to improve visibility across search engines and AI-powered answer engines.
• Create FAQs, knowledge base articles, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Design, and Product teams for timely content delivery.
• Handle customer feedback, revisions, and content updates.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Content Writer role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
