• About the Opportunity We're hiring a Sales Integrator to own the customer inquiry-to-sale journey for Quantan's products, a remote, performance-driven role for someone with real sales experience who wants direct customer ownership and incentive-based earnings.
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Handle customer inquiries and leads Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements Explain Quantan's products/solutions and follow up consistently Qualify leads and convert inquiries into sales Maintain records and coordinate with the founder/team as needed Handle objections and negotiate professionally Work towards an assigned sales target Requirements: A sales professional with 1-3 years of customer-facing experience, self-driven, comfortable working remotely and owning your pipeline.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Communication Negotiation Lead follow-up Persuasion Product pitching Target orientation CRM/Excel familiarity Independent working ability Incentive: 5% on every successful sale Sales Target: Minimum target will be assigned; exact target to be communicated at joining What You'll Gain Direct ownership of a real sales pipeline and practical experience selling a product-based solution end-to-end.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, iOS.
