• About the Role: We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end HR activities.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HRMS processes.
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Manage basic HR operations like employee records, attendance, and compliance.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation and office coordination.
• Support employee relations and basic policy implementation.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka experience is mandatory) Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes Manage attendance tracking and compliance-related activities Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews Maintain employee documentation and verification records Coordinate with vendors for HR-related activities Support employee engagement initiatives Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries

Requirements

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Relevant academic or project background for a HR Generalist role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
