What you'll do

• About the Company: We are a South African business looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist based in India to join our remote team.
• Working standard South African business hours, you will manage end-to-end lead generation and sales execution-running targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified prospects and conducting direct outreach to convert leads into revenue.
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Direct Remote Sales: Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and proposal presentations via Zoom or Teams to close deals with prospective clients.
• Lead Generation & Campaigns: Design and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email automation, and digital platforms to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Content & Sales Collateral: Write persuasive cold email sequences, sales presentations, product datasheets, and marketing content tailored to our target audience.
• CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain detailed prospect logs, deal stages, and campaign performance data using our CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Partner with South Africa-based management to align sales outreach with broader brand and business growth targets.
• Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in combined sales and digital marketing, ideally with international or remote teams.
• Proven ability to work during South African business hours (SAST / GMT+2).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 2-5 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
