• Role of the Candidate: We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate, Sales & Marketing to join our growing team.
• The role involves building brand awareness, activating schools, enrolling students into free programs, and converting them into paid subscribers.
• You will interact with schools, students, and parents , manage customer relationships, and drive the complete sales lifecycle through field engagement.
• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Activate schools and promote UPRIO's platform and programs.
• Drive student enrollments into free trial batches.
• Convert free users into paid subscribers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and school stakeholders.
• Drive follow-ups, renewals, and customer retention.
• Represent UPRIO at schools and other relevant on-ground activities.
• Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Go, LLM.
• Experience level: 0-2 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
